Dosing Recommendations

General Guidance

ADHD

Adult Dose

5 mg once or twice daily, may be raised in increments of 5 mg at weekly intervals

Pediatric Dose

2.5 mg daily for children 3-5 years, 5 mg once or twice daily for children 6 years and older

Narcolepsy

Adult Dose

5 mg to 60 mg per day in divided doses

Pediatric Dose

5 mg daily for patients 6-12 years, 10 mg daily for patients 12 years and older

Special Population Considerations

Pregnancy
